About the Event
This is a series of community based yoga sessions led by practitioners Jacob AKA Infinite Peace + Yoko. Wednesday evening's Yin + Restorative class focuses on relaxation, stress relief, and mindfulness.
All sessions are donation based, and funds go to support our work at ART 180. Sign up and join us for Yin + Restorative, Wednesday evenings from 7:30-8:30 p.m.
