Who are the youth ART 180 works with?
Our mission is to work with young people challenged by their circumstances. That means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. So far, we’ve focused on children dealing with poverty, neglect, or the constant threata of drugs and violence. We’ve also worked with homeless chidren and those living in multi-ethnic neighborhood. Since 1998, we’ve interacted with more than 2,200 young people in our programs and another 2,000 through one-day events and special projects.
